We are an inclusive and safe community for multisport and single sport endurance athletes. CORE is here to help you with your training goals, whatever they may be.
Group and Private Coaching
Swim Groups
Indoor coached lane swimming happens from September through May. Sessions dive into technical skills and drills and have an endurance focus.
Outdoor coached pool swims occur from end of June through August. You'll love this one in the sun and with the entire pool booked for
CORE!
Running Groups
We lead coached run session on the track at Mount Royal University from January to early April with interval work to build on a solid base. Outdoor run sessions are mid-April through May. All run sessions focus on speed work and skills.
Cycling Classes
Coached cycle classes are from the comfort of your own home on Zoom. You can do this on your bike and trainer or from an indoor stationary bike- whatever you choose! Session times and focus vary and run from September through May.
The 6-7am cycles do get it done before the work day begins and 6-7pm to fit it in around dinner.
Private Coaching
Goals for events/races or fitness can be reached through monthly training plans that you can do from anywhere! We utilize an online platform, Training Peaks, to communicate specific workouts, keep track of progress and monitor data.
This plan truly is all about you.
Private in person coaching for swim, bike, run, and strength are available.
