WHAT WE OFFER

Individual coaching--ensures the training works for the individual athlete within their skill set as someone who is new to any of these sports or a more seasoned athlete.

Coach Kari meets you where you are at. Your training grows your fitness at the best pace, quite literally, for you. Through data-driven workouts--and always the go-by-feel approach--Kari's athletes take aim at their goals. The true value of having an individualized training plan guides the athlete through progressions and possible bumps on the road; there will be bumps.

RUN

WINTER 2026 RUNS--MRU TRACK

Interval training--athletes need  2-3x/week 30 minute base runs.

Outdoor Intervals/Hills--continue on Tuesdays at Edworthy Park throughout the spring.

Strength Training

 

Strength training is always wise for athletes, regardless of event discipline, distance--or age. Strength training is ideal for the athlete who is looking for power, endurance, and--obviously-- strength.

Coach Kari has been a personal fitness trainer for 25 years. She offers private, semi-private and group training in her home gym in the SW. Contact her for more information.

Triathlete Within (TW) offerings 

​

TW Bike - Tuesday evening - a variety of workouts will be offered (High Intensity Interval Training, Tempo, Strength) (coached by Jill and Chris)

Venue: Online via Zoom

Dates: Tuesdays, October 14 to December 17, 2025. There will be no live class on Dec 9 but a recorded workout (and perhaps a bonus 1 or 2) will be supplied.

Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Fee: $160 (incl GST) - 10 weeks. Drop Ins are welcome!
